There are some great reasons to consider having a coach. In our coaching sessions, we focus on what you want most in your life. We find out where you want to go, and if there is anything stopping you. Are those stops in your life helpful, or harmful? Are you ready to let them go? What might the consequences of doing so be? If those are the kinds of questions you're asking yourself, then it's an excellent time to hire yourself a coach.
As a neutral, compassionate listener, I am trained to "show up" for you in many ways. I listen. I ask poignant questions. I may offer you options, or I may see what options you haven't considered yet. I can help you organize what may seem like disparate thoughts into a clear and actionable mission statement. You can have a life that allows you to live true to your deepest values. Somewhere inside of you, you know where you want to be. I am just here to help you get there.
A life coach can help you organize your thoughts and get on-task for what you want most in life. A life coach supports you, and helps you stay motivated as you move on your path toward your better life.
If you're committed to yourself and to getting the life you want for yourself, then you're ready for coaching. And if you're willing to put in some time and energy toward getting that, then there is nothing holding you back.
The first step is to schedule an introductory session. This is a longer session of 75 minutes, so that we have enough time to level set and really figure out where you are in your life, and what the plan needs to be to get you where you want to be. From there, we will have a good idea of what our next steps should be.
